Diameter Plants Jort Pot

While fiberstone is significantly lighter than natural stone, it still has enough substance to remain stable in most residential settings. If you live in an exceptionally windy area, we recommend adding a layer of gravel or heavy stones at the bottom for extra ballast.

The pot comes with a pre-drilled or easily punchable drainage hole. If you are using the planter indoors, you can keep the hole plugged to protect your floors, or use a saucer underneath; for outdoor use, we recommend keeping it open to prevent water from pooling and damaging plant roots.

You can plant directly into the Jort Pot. Because it is made of durable, weather-resistant fiberstone, it is designed to hold soil and moisture safely without the need for an additional plastic liner.

The matte finish is low-maintenance. Simply wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can scratch or alter the texture of the matte surface.

Fiberstone is highly resistant to UV rays, so the matte black finish is designed to hold its color well over time. However, like any material exposed to intense, constant sun, you may notice very subtle weathering over several years.
