While it can trail, this plant is a natural climber. Providing a moss pole or trellis will encourage larger, more mature leaves with more pronounced fenestrations as it grows.

It thrives in bright, indirect light. Place it near an east-facing window or a few feet back from a south-facing window to ensure it gets enough energy without the harsh, direct sun that can burn its delicate leaves.

It is a vigorous grower, but it does have specific humidity needs. If your home is very dry, you may need to use a humidifier or a pebble tray to maintain the moderate-to-high humidity levels it requires to keep its lacy leaves healthy.

Your plant arrives in a 3-inch nursery pot. Because it is a fast grower, you may need to repot it into a slightly larger container once you see roots circling the bottom of the current pot, typically within a few months.

Water when the top inch or two of the soil feels dry to the touch. As with most aroids, it prefers a well-draining soil mix and dislikes sitting in soggy, waterlogged soil, which can lead to root rot.
