While the material is stiffer than standard heads to withstand pressure, it remains flexible enough to string a consistent pocket. You may need to use slightly more tension when pulling your sidewall strings tight.

Cold water quenching is a manufacturing technique that increases the material's density and durability. It ensures the head maintains its shape and stiffness even after repeated, high-impact face-offs.

This head is engineered specifically for the face-off X. While you can use it elsewhere on the field, its geometry is optimized for pinching and popping, which may feel less natural for shooting or dodging compared to an offensive-focused head.

The narrowed bottom edge is reinforced to provide extra rigidity. This allows you to drive through contested ground balls without the head flexing or warping under pressure.
