The lattice structure is designed to offer a unique balance of compliance and support. It absorbs high-frequency trail chatter more effectively than solid rubber, which helps reduce hand fatigue on longer rides without feeling squishy or unstable.

These grips have a diameter of 34.5mm, which is considered a larger profile. If you typically prefer thinner grips for a more direct feel, you may find these to be on the bulkier side.

While the open structure does allow for airflow, it is also designed to shed mud and debris easily. Because the material is durable and non-porous, you can simply wash them off with water after a muddy ride.

The 3DXC grips are designed to be a straightforward install. Because they are a slip-on style grip, they rely on a secure friction fit, so ensure your handlebars are clean and free of debris before sliding them on.

The material is engineered specifically for the rigors of cross-country racing. While no grip is indestructible, the lattice structure is surprisingly resilient against abrasion and impact compared to standard foam or soft rubber compounds.
