KEF Q3 Meta

The 'Meta' refers to Metamaterial Absorption Technology, a structure behind the driver that absorbs 99% of unwanted sound waves from the rear of the tweeter. This results in a cleaner, more natural high-frequency performance with significantly less distortion.

The Uni-Q design places the tweeter in the acoustic center of the midrange cone, acting as a single point source. This creates a wider, more consistent soundstage, so you get a great listening experience even if you aren't sitting perfectly centered between the speakers.

Recertified KEF products undergo rigorous testing to meet the same performance standards as new units. Because they are backed by a full 5-year manufacturer warranty, you are covered just as you would be with a brand-new purchase.

They are excellent for both. Their precise imaging and clarity make them highly effective as front left and right speakers in a home theater system, or as a high-fidelity stereo pair for music listening.

With a 6.5-inch driver, these speakers provide impressive bass for their size, but they are still bookshelf speakers. While they sound great on their own for most music, adding a subwoofer will provide the deeper, cinematic low-end extension needed for home theater or bass-heavy genres.
