While the board is durable enough to handle light slicing, it is primarily designed as a serving piece. Frequent heavy-duty chopping will leave knife marks that may affect the aesthetic of the wood grain over time.

The 11-inch board is ideal for individual appetizers or small cheese pairings, while the 15-inch size works well for standard charcuterie spreads. Choose the 18-inch board if you frequently host larger groups and need ample space for a variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments.
