FCS II Pyzel Fin

This template is designed for high-performance surfing that balances speed and control. The longer base provides the drive you need for powerful bottom turns, while the tapered tip allows for a quick, clean release off the lip.

These fins use the FCS II system, which is designed for tool-less installation. They are compatible with all FCS II boxes, but they will not fit into traditional dual-tab boxes that require screws.

The Performance Core construction creates a progressive flex pattern. This means the fin feels stiff enough to maintain drive through turns but flexes just enough to provide a lively, responsive feel that helps you generate speed.

Size selection is primarily based on your weight. The Medium size is generally recommended for surfers up to 175 lbs, while the Large size is better suited for riders between 165 and 200 lbs. If you are on the border, consider your board volume and the typical wave conditions you surf.

While they are optimized for high-performance shortboards, their all-round template makes them quite versatile. They perform well in a wide range of conditions and can be a great upgrade for hybrid boards if you want to add more drive and responsiveness to your setup.
