While the marble is durable, we recommend using it primarily for serving rather than as a cutting board. Frequent knife use can scratch the polished stone surface and potentially dull your blades.

Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid soaking the board in water or putting it in the dishwasher, as marble is a porous natural stone that can absorb moisture.

The board comes with a polished finish, but marble is naturally porous. To keep it looking pristine, we recommend wiping up acidic or highly pigmented foods like wine, berries, or citrus immediately to prevent potential staining.

The board does not come with rubber feet, so it sits directly on the surface. If you are worried about scratching your table, we suggest placing a soft cloth or felt pads underneath.
