The outer arch is constructed from a flexible techno-polymer that is designed to bend outward under pressure. This allows your foot to release in multiple directions during an emergency, reducing the risk of getting caught in the stirrup.

Because the inner arch is forged from steel, they provide a solid, grounded feel that many riders prefer for stability. While they are not ultra-lightweight like some composite stirrups, they are balanced to maintain a steady position in the saddle.

The high-grip inserts are designed to provide maximum traction without being overly abrasive. While they will offer a secure connection, they are standard for modern performance stirrups and should not cause excessive wear on quality riding boots.

The sloped eyelet is engineered to help the stirrup leather sit flat against your saddle flap. This promotes a more natural, comfortable leg position and helps the stirrup hang at the correct angle for your foot.

The integrated drainage holes are designed to prevent sand and debris from accumulating naturally as you ride. You generally won't need to do anything special to maintain them, though a quick rinse with water after a particularly muddy ride will keep them clear.
