This tool is designed for leafy herbs with woody or firm stems, such as cilantro, parsley, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Simply select the hole that best fits the stem thickness and pull the herb through to strip the leaves.

Because this tool is crafted from solid hardwood, it is not dishwasher safe. To clean, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap after use, then dry it immediately to preserve the wood.

Since it is finished with a food-safe wax, the wood is naturally protected. If the wood begins to look dry after extensive use, you can occasionally apply a food-grade mineral oil or wood conditioner to keep the maple hydrated and prevent cracking.
