Stone-washing breaks down the fibers, giving the fabric a noticeably softer, more relaxed hand-feel right out of the box. Unlike crisp, stiff linen, these napkins have a lived-in texture that feels gentle against the skin.

Because the linen is pre-washed during the production process, you shouldn't experience significant shrinkage. However, as with all natural linen, we recommend following the care instructions—washing at 40°C and hang drying—to maintain the integrity of the fabric.

Mitered corners are a hallmark of high-quality tailoring. They provide a clean, finished look with less bulk at the edges, ensuring the napkins lay flat and maintain their square shape even after repeated laundering.

These are designed for both. While the aesthetic is elegant enough for dinner parties, the durability of 190 g/m2 linen makes them robust enough for daily meals. They actually soften and improve with regular washing.

These certifications ensure that the linen is produced sustainably and is free from harmful chemicals. EUROPEAN FLAX guarantees the fiber is grown in Western Europe without irrigation or GMOs, while OEKO-TEX Standard 100 confirms the finished product has been tested for safety against human health standards.
