Scalloped Lampshade in Twisted Rope

Because of the textured rope and scalloped edge, this shade pairs beautifully with solid ceramic, glass, or metal bases. It adds enough visual interest on its own that it works best when balanced against a simpler, more streamlined lamp body.

A good rule of thumb is that the lampshade should be roughly two-thirds the height of the lamp base. If you are using this on a table lamp, the 10-inch size is generally better for smaller bedside tables, while the 12-inch size works well for larger living room or console lamps.

The twisted rope is durable, but like any textured fabric, it can collect dust over time. We recommend using a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum with an upholstery attachment on a low setting to gently remove dust without damaging the weave.
