The tabletop is split into two independent sections, each featuring a hinged mechanism that allows you to lift them separately. This design lets you raise one side for a workspace or dining surface while keeping the other side closed, or lift both simultaneously for full access to the storage underneath.

Beneath the lift-top surface, there is a large, open compartment that spans the interior of the table. It is ideal for stowing away remote controls, magazines, blankets, or board games to keep your living area clutter-free.

Assembly is required, and you should set aside about 30 minutes to complete it. The process primarily involves attaching the legs and base to the tabletop structure using the provided hardware.

The table features intentional heavy distressing and a plank-effect style, which means the wood grain and finish variations are meant to look weathered and rustic. Because of this, each piece will have unique character marks, and the vintage white and natural pine tones are designed to look lived-in rather than perfectly uniform.

The lift-top mechanism is sturdy enough for everyday tasks like eating, writing, or using a laptop. However, it is not designed to support heavy loads or excessive downward pressure while in the raised position, so avoid leaning heavily on the lifted surface.
