RockShox Monarch Air Can Assembly

This assembly is designed specifically for RockShox Monarch shocks with a 184mm length and 44mm stroke. It is compatible with Monarch Plus, RL, XX, R, RT, and RT3 models, but you should always verify your shock's specific dimensions before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

This is a complete air can assembly, meaning it includes the main housing and the necessary seals for a standard replacement. It is designed to be a direct swap for your existing, worn-out air can.

If you are comfortable performing routine suspension maintenance and have the proper tools, you can install this yourself. However, because it involves pressurized air systems, we recommend consulting your shock's service manual or having a professional mechanic handle the installation if you are unsure.

While a standard seal kit addresses air leaks, replacing the entire air can is necessary if the inner surface of the can is scratched, scored, or pitted. Damage to the inner wall prevents the seals from holding air properly, making a full assembly replacement the only way to restore performance.
