Because it is stone-washed, this linen is exceptionally soft right out of the package. It avoids the stiff, scratchy texture often associated with raw linen and instead offers a relaxed, broken-in feel.

This tablecloth is machine washable, which makes maintenance straightforward. We recommend washing it in cool water and either air-drying or tumble-drying on a low setting to preserve the integrity of the European flax fibers.

The OEKO-TEX certification ensures that every component of this tablecloth—from the fabric to the thread—has been tested for harmful substances. It guarantees that the product is safe for human health and free from toxic chemicals.

Like all high-quality natural linen, there may be very slight shrinkage after the initial wash. However, because the fabric is pre-washed during the stone-washing process, any further shrinkage is typically minimal if you follow the care instructions.

Linen is naturally prone to wrinkling, which is part of its rustic, relaxed aesthetic. If you prefer a crisp, formal look, you can iron it while damp, but many users find that the natural texture looks best without any pressing at all.
