The freshwater pearls are integrated into the lace design to provide just enough gravity to keep the coaster flat against the table or securely in place over your glass. This prevents the lightweight lace from blowing away during outdoor dining.

These are designed to sit atop standard stemware and tumblers. While they work well for most glassware, they are best suited for glasses with a rim diameter that allows the lace to drape slightly over the edges.

Because these are delicate, handmade items, we recommend spot cleaning with a gentle detergent and cool water. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the lace and the luster of the pearls.

You can select your preferred initials or motifs at the time of purchase. Each piece is then embroidered by hand to your specifications, making them a thoughtful option for gifts or personalized table settings.

Battenburg lace is primarily decorative and protective rather than absorbent. While they protect your surfaces from scratches and heat, they are not designed to soak up condensation from cold drinks.
