The stems arrive bundled together, but you will need to arrange them in your own vase. Since the stems are 17 inches tall, we recommend choosing a vase that is roughly 8 to 10 inches high to ensure the proportions look balanced.

The stems are often compressed during shipping. Once you unbox them, gently shake each stem and place the bouquet in a sunny spot for a few hours. The sunlight and air circulation will naturally encourage the plumes to expand and regain their volume.

Like most dried botanicals, there may be some minor shedding when you first unpack and arrange them. To minimize this, you can lightly mist the plumes with a standard hairspray once you have them arranged to help lock the fibers in place.

While these are natural, dried plant materials, they are not intended for consumption. If you have pets that are prone to chewing on household plants, it is best to place the arrangement on a high shelf or table out of their reach.

Because these stems are preserved and dried, they are designed for long-term styling. With proper care—keeping them away from direct moisture and high-humidity areas like bathrooms—this bouquet can last for several years.
