Galley & Fen Table Runner

At 104 inches long, this runner is quite generous. It will comfortably drape over the ends of most standard six-to-eight-person dining tables, though you should measure your table length first to ensure you like the amount of overhang.

The cotton is lightweight and soft, which gives the ruffles their nice drape. Because it is a lighter-weight fabric, it may shift slightly if bumped, but it generally lays flat across the center of the table.

Since it is made of cotton, it is machine washable. We recommend washing it on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying it flat to dry to maintain the shape of the ruffled edges.

The ruffles are designed to sit along the sides of the runner, leaving the center flat and clear. You should have plenty of room for centerpieces, though you may want to ensure your serving platters are placed directly on the flat surface rather than on top of the ruffles.

While designed for rectangular tables, you can certainly use it on a round table for a layered look. Just keep in mind that the 104-inch length will result in a significant drop on either side, so it works best on larger round tables.
