The Alessia is designed to be audible even in areas with moderate ambient noise. Its cascading water feature creates a prominent, consistent sound that is effective for masking background noise like traffic or nearby neighbors.

While it is a self-contained system that includes the pump and basin, the fountain weighs nearly 1,800 pounds empty. You will likely need professional assistance or heavy-duty equipment to position it safely and ensure the ground is level and capable of supporting the nearly 3,000-pound total weight when filled.

Cast stone is durable, but like most stone products, it is susceptible to freeze-thaw damage. We recommend draining the fountain completely and covering it during freezing temperatures to prevent water from expanding and cracking the stone.

The fountain operates on standard electric power. It comes with a 16-foot power cord, so you will need to ensure you have an outdoor-rated electrical outlet within reach of the installation site.

The Alessia is a self-contained unit, meaning the basin is integrated into the design. You do not need to purchase a separate reservoir; everything required for the water circulation system is included.
