Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial, but it should not be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher. Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture buildup.

It features a modular design that disassembles, meaning you can pull the pieces apart to lay them flat for storage. It does not fold on a hinge, but the individual components are compact enough to slide into a drawer or cabinet easily.

While bamboo is durable and water-resistant, it is a natural material that can warp if left sitting in standing water. To maximize its lifespan, we recommend wiping excess water off the rack after your dishes have dried.
