Yes. The tray is finished with a food-safe, hand-rubbed wax, making it perfectly suitable for serving breakfast, appetizers, or drinks directly on the surface.

Because this tray is made of natural wood, it is not dishwasher safe. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth after use and avoid soaking it in water; you can occasionally apply a food-safe wood wax or oil to keep the finish looking fresh.

The tray features sturdy, integrated carry handles and is constructed with hand-cut dovetail joinery, which provides excellent structural integrity. It is designed to comfortably hold a full coffee or tea service for up to four people.

No two trays are identical. Because each piece is handcrafted from natural maple, cherry, or walnut, you can expect unique grain patterns and color variations that make your specific tray one-of-a-kind.

While the wax finish is durable, it is not heat-proof. We recommend using coasters or trivets for very hot items to prevent potential discoloration or damage to the wood finish over time.
