Yes, bamboo is naturally moisture-resistant, making it well-suited for bathroom use. To ensure it lasts as long as possible, we recommend placing it in an area where it isn't sitting directly in a puddle of water.

The slats elevate your bar soap, allowing air to circulate underneath. This prevents the soap from sitting in a pool of water, which is the primary cause of soap turning into mush and dissolving too quickly.

It is designed to accommodate standard bar soaps. If you use exceptionally large or oddly shaped artisanal bars, just ensure the footprint of the bar fits within the shelf's dimensions.

Simply rinse the shelf with warm water and wipe it down with a cloth every few weeks. If you notice any buildup, a quick scrub with a soft brush will keep the wood clean and free of residue.

The shelf has a flat, stable base designed to sit securely on most countertops. However, it does not feature rubberized feet, so it is best placed on a level surface.
