The trellis is crafted from iron with an antique brass finish, which is generally resistant to moisture. However, to maintain the finish's longevity and prevent potential oxidation over time, we recommend wiping away excess water if the trellis is frequently splashed.

While the geometric design offers excellent stability for vining plants like Pothos, Philodendrons, or Hoyas, it is primarily designed for lighter to medium-weight climbers. For very heavy, mature plants with thick stems, you may need to provide additional ties to secure the plant firmly to the structure.

To ensure the trellis remains stable and doesn't tip over, we recommend using it in pots that are at least 8 to 10 inches in diameter. The depth of the pot should also be sufficient to allow the stakes to be inserted deeply enough to anchor the structure securely.

This trellis is designed specifically for indoor use. While it can withstand occasional outdoor exposure, the antique brass finish is not treated for long-term weather resistance and may fade or corrode if left in the elements permanently.

No, the trellis does not include plant ties. We recommend using soft plant tape, jute twine, or green velcro ties to gently secure your vines to the geometric frame as they grow.
