This hopper is specifically designed to fit the entire Eureka Mignon series, including popular models like the Silenzio, Specialita, Perfetto, and Manuale.

While it significantly reduces retention by allowing you to flush the grinding chamber, it won't eliminate it entirely. For the best results, we recommend pairing it with the optional bellows to push out any remaining grounds.

The metal shutter allows you to control the flow of beans into the burrs. You can keep it closed while you weigh your dose, then open it once the grinder is running to prevent popcorning and ensure a consistent grind.

The single-dose hopper has a lower profile than the standard Eureka bean hoppers, which helps it fit under most standard kitchen cabinets. We recommend measuring the clearance between your counter and cabinet to be certain.

Yes, you can use it without the bellows. It will still function as a hopper and help reduce popcorning, though you won't get the same level of retention reduction that the air-flushing feature provides.
