The Salsa Salt Flat Handlebar uses a standard 31.8 mm clamp diameter. As long as your current stem is designed for this common size, it will be a direct fit.

Because this bar has a 0 mm rise, it keeps your front end lower, which helps keep your weight over the front wheel for better traction during climbs. It is an excellent choice if you feel your current cockpit is too upright or if you want a more aggressive, XC-focused riding position.

The 6-degree upsweep and 11-degree backsweep are designed to align your wrists in a more natural, neutral position. This helps reduce strain on your hands and forearms during longer rides or when navigating technical terrain.

750 mm is a versatile width that offers a great balance between stability and maneuverability. It is wide enough to provide confident steering control on technical trails, but not so wide that you will struggle with tight tree gaps or narrow singletrack.

While the aluminum construction is durable and reliable for general trail use, it is primarily designed for XC and trail riding. If you are regularly hitting large jumps or extremely rough enduro terrain, you might prefer a bar with a higher strength-to-weight rating or a different material profile.
