The EyeVac uses infrared sensors located at the base of the unit. When you sweep debris toward the inlet, the sensors detect the movement and automatically activate the vacuum to pull the dirt inside, eliminating the need to bend down or use a dustpan.

It is designed as a supplemental tool for quick, daily cleanups on hard floors rather than a replacement for a full-sized vacuum. While it is excellent for sweeping up crumbs, pet hair, and dust, it cannot clean carpets or reach corners like a traditional vacuum.

The air purification function is rated for rooms up to 600 square feet, making it ideal for bedrooms, home offices, or smaller living areas. If you have a very large open-concept space, it will still clean the air in its immediate vicinity, but it may not circulate air effectively across the entire square footage.
