Yes, the included 5oz tasting glasses are restaurant-quality and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing the reclaimed wood stave base with a damp cloth to preserve the finish.

Because each piece is handcrafted from authentic wine barrel staves, natural variations in the wood grain, color, and markings are expected. This means your flight set will have unique character and may differ slightly from the product imagery.

The stave base is designed to sit flat and securely on standard surfaces. The natural curve of the barrel stave provides a sturdy foundation, and the weight of the wood ensures it remains balanced even when the glasses are filled.

The board is specifically designed to accommodate the included 5oz tasting glasses. While other small glasses might fit, the cutouts are sized precisely for the provided set, so larger standard wine glasses will likely not fit securely.

The wood is finished to protect it from minor spills, but it is not sealed for heavy moisture exposure. To keep it looking its best, simply wipe it down after use and avoid soaking it in water.
