The sintered base is porous and highly durable, but it needs regular waxing to maintain its speed and performance. If you let it dry out, you will notice a significant drop in glide, so keep a consistent waxing schedule.

Because it is a true twin, the board is symmetrical, which is great for riding switch and park tricks. While it can handle powder, it won't have the same effortless float as a directional board with a setback stance, so you may need to adjust your weight slightly further back in deep snow.
