With an 18,000 BTU heat output, this unit is well-suited for smaller to medium-sized living spaces. Its compact depth of 16.375 inches also makes it an excellent choice for tight wall-cavity installations where space is limited.

The standing pilot system uses a small, continuously burning flame, which is reliable during power outages but consumes a small amount of gas constantly. The intermittent pilot system uses an electronic spark to ignite the pilot only when you turn the fireplace on, which is more energy-efficient but requires electricity to operate.

A blower is not included as a standard feature, but it is available as an optional add-on. We recommend adding it if you want to improve heat distribution throughout the room, especially if the fireplace is installed in a larger or open-concept area.

The ceramic fiber logs are durable but should be handled carefully during installation to avoid chipping. The tempered glass window should be cleaned periodically with a fireplace-specific glass cleaner to remove any residue and maintain a clear view of the flame.
