Stens Hi-Lift Blade

A high-lift blade features a more aggressive wing design that creates extra airflow under the mower deck. This increased suction pulls grass blades upright before they are cut and helps propel clippings out of the discharge chute more efficiently, which is ideal if you struggle with clumping or thick, wet grass.

This blade is designed for 46-inch decks on MTD and Troy-Bilt mowers. Before purchasing, verify that your current blade measures 16.25 inches in length and features a 6-point star center hole, as these specifications are critical for a secure and safe fit.

While this blade is excellent for side discharge or bagging due to its high airflow, it is not optimized for mulching. If you primarily mulch, you may find that this blade leaves more clippings behind than a dedicated mulching blade would.

This package includes one individual blade. If your mower requires multiple blades to cover the entire 46-inch deck, you will need to purchase the corresponding number of units separately.

At 0.120 inches thick, this blade is built to meet or exceed original equipment standards. It provides a balance of rigidity to maintain a clean cut and enough flexibility to withstand minor impacts without snapping.
