It features a precision blade and fine-grit sanding surface that allows for controlled removal of thick ridges without over-exfoliating or damaging the surrounding healthy skin.

It is best used on established, hardened calluses that have become thick and rigid. We recommend starting slowly with light pressure to see how your skin reacts, and avoiding use on any areas that are already inflamed, broken, or actively tearing.

Most athletes find that a quick maintenance session once or twice a week is sufficient to keep skin smooth and flexible. The goal is to keep calluses thin enough to prevent catching on equipment, not to remove them entirely, as you still need some protection for your palms.

This tool is specifically designed for the hands and the unique callus patterns developed during weightlifting, gymnastics, and rowing. It is not recommended for use on feet or other areas with significantly thicker, tougher skin.

After each use, gently tap the device to remove loose skin debris. You can wipe the stainless steel and ABS plastic surfaces with a damp cloth or a mild disinfectant, but ensure the emery cloth sanding surface is completely dry before storing it in your gym bag.
