While the manufacturer states these pans are dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend hand washing them with warm, soapy water. Hand washing preserves the integrity of the proprietary silicone nonstick coating and helps the pans last significantly longer.

This bakeware set is oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid using them under a broiler, as the direct, intense heat can damage the nonstick coating.

Thanks to the proprietary silicone-based nonstick coating, you generally do not need to grease the pans or use parchment paper for most recipes. However, for very sticky batters or delicate pastries, a light dusting of flour or a thin layer of butter can provide extra insurance.
