This filter acts as a clear channel that captures high-resolution detail and contrast. By using it alongside your RGB filters, you can pull out subtle structures in faint nebulae and galaxies that color channels alone might miss.

This is an unmounted 50mm filter designed to fit most standard filter wheels and drawers. It is best suited for telescopes with focal ratios of f/4 or slower.

Many filters use multiple layers of glass laminated together, which can degrade over time or cause internal reflections. This single-substrate design eliminates those lamination issues, resulting in a more durable filter with better optical integrity.

The rear surface features specialized anti-reflection coatings specifically engineered to maximize light transmission and suppress ghosting, ensuring your images remain clean even when bright stars are in the frame.
