FUTURES F6 Legacy Fin

A neutral template is designed to be versatile, meaning it doesn't lean too heavily toward speed or control. It provides a balanced feel that works well in a wide range of conditions, making it a reliable choice if you want one set of fins that can handle everything from beach breaks to reef points.

These fins are compatible only with surfboard boxes using the Futures fin system. Please ensure your board is equipped with Futures boxes before purchasing, as they will not fit FCS or other fin systems.

The honeycomb core makes the fins lightweight while maintaining a specific flex pattern. This construction balances stiffness and flex, giving you a responsive feel that helps with speed generation without sacrificing control during turns.

The F6 Legacy is a medium-sized fin, which is generally recommended for surfers weighing between 145 and 175 lbs (65-80 kg). If you are outside this weight range, you may find the fins feel either too stiff or too loose.

The flat foil on the side fins is designed to increase speed and provide a reliable, predictable feel. The symmetrical foil on the center and rear fins adds stability, helping the board track straight and maintain control through maneuvers.

A thruster setup (three fins) is typically better for tighter turns and more vertical surfing, while a quad setup (four fins) offers more speed and hold down the line. Having both options allows you to adapt your board to the specific wave conditions of the day.
