Yes, the Swix U900C is formulated to work effectively on the bases of both skis and snowboards.

Because this is a universal wax, it generally melts at a moderate temperature. Set your waxing iron to the manufacturer's recommended setting for all-temperature glide waxes, typically around 120°C to 130°C, and ensure you keep the iron moving to avoid burning the base.

A 900g block is quite substantial and intended for frequent use. Depending on the length of your skis or board and how often you wax, this block should easily last a full season or more for a single user.

While it is designed as a universal, all-temperature solution, it is best suited for average conditions. If you are racing or skiing in extreme temperature fluctuations, you might prefer a temperature-specific wax, but for general resort riding, this performs reliably across the board.

This is an iron-on wax. For the best performance and durability, you should melt it onto your base, let it cool, scrape off the excess, and brush the base to ensure a smooth, fast finish.
