A 97A durometer sits in the sweet spot between grip and slide. It is hard enough to slide predictably on smooth concrete but has enough give to handle rougher asphalt or crusty street spots without feeling like you are vibrating off your board.

60mm is on the larger side for pure technical street skating, where smaller wheels are often preferred for weight and clearance. However, if you prioritize speed, cruising, and rolling over cracks and debris, the extra diameter is a significant advantage.

Because these are 60mm, you are at a higher risk of wheel bite if you ride loose trucks. It is highly recommended to use at least a 1/8-inch riser pad to create enough clearance between the wheel and your deck.
