Wolf Tooth Cog

This cog is compatible with standard Shimano Hyperglide freehub splines. If your wheelset uses a different standard, such as SRAM XD or Micro Spline, this cog will not fit.

It is designed to work with 9, 10, 11, and specific 12-speed chains. While it is built for single-speed setups, these narrower chain widths are fully compatible with the tooth profile.

The 4.5 mm base width is wider than many standard cogs, which helps distribute the load across the freehub splines. This prevents the cog from digging into and damaging your freehub body, especially under high torque.

The cog features a fully reversible design. Once the teeth show signs of wear on one side, you can simply flip the cog around to utilize the fresh, unworn side, effectively doubling its service life.

The extra-tall teeth are specifically engineered to provide superior chain retention. This is particularly beneficial if you are using a chain tensioner, as it helps keep the chain securely seated even when the drivetrain isn't perfectly aligned.
