Prometheus Hopup Bucking Nub

A flat hop-up nub creates a larger, more consistent contact patch with the BB compared to traditional round nubs. This results in more stable backspin, which significantly improves your airsoft gun's range and grouping accuracy.

The soft nub is generally better for lower FPS builds or lighter weight BBs, as it provides a gentler, more forgiving grip. The medium nub is better suited for higher FPS setups or heavier BBs that require more consistent pressure to achieve the desired flight path.

This nub is designed to work with most standard hop-up units, including Tokyo Marui, G&P, and Matrix. However, because airsoft tolerances vary by manufacturer, you may need to make minor adjustments to the nub arm to ensure a perfect fit.

While you can use this with many standard buckings, it is highly recommended to pair it with a flat-type bucking. A standard bucking often has an internal ridge that will interfere with the flat surface of this nub, preventing it from working as intended.
