True Ames Trailer Fin

A trailer fin is designed to add stability and drive to a quad or five-fin setup without sacrificing the loose, maneuverable feel of a twin or thruster configuration. It acts as a stabilizer, helping the board hold a line through turns while maintaining speed.

The single-tab design allows you to shift the fin's position in the box. Moving it forward creates a looser, more pivot-oriented feel, while sliding it backward increases drive and hold, letting you fine-tune your board's response to different wave conditions.

This fin is compatible with the standard FCS dual-tab fin system. Please ensure your board is equipped with FCS boxes before purchasing.

The ultra-thin foil is engineered to minimize drag, which is crucial for a trailer fin since it sits in the center of the board. By reducing resistance, it helps you maintain speed through turns and transitions without feeling 'stuck' or sluggish.
