While designed as a tandem, you can paddle it solo. However, for the best balance and tracking, you will need to sit in the rear seat to keep the bow from lifting too high out of the water.

The skeg wheel is built into the rear of the hull. You simply lift the front of the kayak by the handle and roll it on the wheel, which functions like a dolly to help you transport the boat to the water's edge without needing a separate cart.

This model is specifically engineered for flat water, such as lakes, ponds, and calm bays. It is not designed for rough open ocean conditions, surf, or fast-moving whitewater rivers.

The kayak includes adjustable, quick-release padded seats that offer decent support for recreational paddling. While they are comfortable for casual outings, they are standard recreational seats rather than high-end fishing or touring seats.

It features a center storage hatch for smaller items you want to keep dry and secure, plus a rear tankwell equipped with a cargo lacing system for larger gear like coolers or dry bags.

The molded-in footwells provide multiple bracing positions to accommodate different heights. However, because they are molded into the hull rather than adjustable tracks, taller paddlers may find the legroom slightly more restrictive compared to a longer touring kayak.
