This mold is designed primarily for straight or gently winding paths. Because the mold is rigid, you will need to carefully align the edges for curves, which may result in small gaps that you can fill with sand or gravel.

A standard pre-mixed concrete or a high-strength mortar mix works well. For the best results, ensure your mix has a consistency similar to thick oatmeal so it fills the corners of the mold without being too runny.

You can typically remove the mold after about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the humidity and temperature. The concrete should be firm enough to hold its shape but still slightly damp, which makes the mold easier to lift without disturbing the edges.

Not at all. Since the mold is made of smooth polypropylene, the concrete doesn't adhere strongly to it. Simply wash off any remaining residue with a garden hose immediately after you finish your project.

While not strictly necessary, applying a light coating of vegetable oil or a commercial concrete release agent to the inside of the mold can make the removal process even smoother and help keep the plastic clean over time.
