While this is a co-polyester string and generally firmer than multifilament options, the added polyurethane makes it one of the more arm-friendly polyester choices on the market. If you are prone to arm issues, it is a safer bet than traditional stiff poly, but you should still consider your racquet weight and tension settings.

Heavier racquets (300g and up) typically provide more inherent stability and power, which allows you to take full advantage of a control-oriented string like this. Using this string on a lighter, stiffer racquet might result in a feel that is too muted or boardy for most players.

Because it uses a high modulus co-polyester base, it offers excellent durability for heavy hitters who break strings frequently. You get the longevity of a traditional poly, but with a more responsive, comfortable touch that lasts longer into the life of the string job.

Because of its unique blend of comfort and control, this string performs best when strung at a slightly lower tension than traditional stiff polys—typically in the mid-40s to low-50s (lbs). This allows the string to flex properly, maximizing the comfort benefits of the polyurethane additives.
