Yes. The rack uses N52 neodymium magnets, which are among the strongest commercially available. They are more than capable of securely holding standard chef's knives, cleavers, and other heavy culinary tools without slipping.

Because it is natural white oak, we recommend occasionally wiping it down with a food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood hydrated and prevent it from drying out. Avoid soaking the rack or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the wood grain.

The included hardware is designed for standard drywall installation. If you are mounting onto tile, stone, or brick, you will need to purchase specific masonry drill bits and appropriate wall anchors separately to ensure a secure fit.

The rack comfortably accommodates 5 to 6 knives depending on the width of your blades. We recommend spacing them out slightly to ensure you can easily grab the handle of each knife without bumping into the others.
