The bed is handcrafted from genuine lodge pole pine. The unique, textured finish is created by removing the outer bark while carefully preserving the inner cambium layer, which gives the wood its distinct, rustic character.

The Glacier Country platform bed is built for durability using traditional mortise and tenon joinery and has a weight capacity of 550 lbs.

Assembly is required for this bed. While the mortise and tenon joinery is sturdy and straightforward, we recommend having a second person assist you to help position the headboard and footboard components safely.
