The 154mm width is generally considered a wider option, which often provides more support for riders with wider sit bones. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend getting your sit bones measured at a local bike shop to ensure this width aligns with your anatomy.

This feature is a recessed channel running through the center of the saddle designed to alleviate pressure on sensitive soft tissue. By removing material where you need it most, it allows for better blood flow and reduces numbness during longer rides.
