The tacky finish provides a secure, high-friction grip that feels stable in both wet and dry conditions. It does not leave a sticky residue on your gloves or hands, even after extended use.

Microtex is a durable, synthetic material that is relatively easy to work with. It has enough stretch to wrap cleanly around tight bends in the handlebars without tearing, though it is less forgiving than foam-based tapes if you need to re-wrap multiple times.

The color is integrated into the Microtex material, so it is highly resistant to fading from sun exposure or sweat. Like any light-colored bar tape, it may show dirt more quickly than black, but the material itself is designed to maintain its aesthetic integrity.

While it is optimized for road performance, it can be used for gravel if you prefer a thinner, more tactile grip. However, if you typically ride rough terrain and want extra vibration absorption, you might find this tape too thin.
