These clips are designed to mount to pedals that have pre-drilled holes specifically for toe clips. Please check your current pedals for these mounting points before purchasing, as they will not attach to standard flat pedals without them.

While they are labeled for ATB (All-Terrain Bike) use, they are best suited for gravel paths, commuting, or light trail riding. If you are doing aggressive technical mountain biking, you may find that traditional clipless pedals or flat pedals with pins offer better safety and control.

Yes, the adjustable woven straps accommodate a wide variety of casual and athletic shoes. However, avoid wearing shoes with very thick or bulky soles, as they can make it difficult to slide your foot into the cage quickly.
