The FlatStop bead hook features a wider, flatter surface area compared to traditional designs. This shape reduces the stress on the tire casing during hard impacts, which helps prevent the tire from being pinched against the rim and significantly lowers the risk of flats by 39%.

While they are engineered with the lightweight demands of elite XC racing in mind, the carbon layup and asymmetric rim profile are built to handle aggressive trail riding. The Roval Control SL VI Solix wheelset is rated for a maximum rider weight of 125 kg (275 lbs). This includes the weight of the rider and their gear.

The wheels are tubeless-ready, but you should ensure you are using high-quality tubeless tape and valves compatible with the 29mm internal rim width. Most modern tubeless kits will work seamlessly with this rim profile.

These wheels use standard Boost spacing, with a 15x110mm front axle and a 12x148mm rear axle. As long as your frame and fork are compatible with these Boost standards and Centerlock disc rotors, they will fit.
