The Nevar features a traditional camber profile underfoot, which provides reliable edge hold and stability when conditions get firm or icy. While it is built for backcountry adventure, this design ensures you won't lose control on hardpack sections.

At 1820g, the Nevar sits in a sweet spot for backcountry touring. The Aspen and Maple core keeps the weight manageable for the ascent, while the carbon stringers add the necessary stiffness for a responsive, poppy ride on the way down.

The neoprene rubber tips are designed to dampen vibrations, which helps smooth out the ride when you are skiing through variable or choppy snow. It essentially acts as a shock absorber for your tips, keeping the ski composed.

The Nevar is equipped with a specialized 4-lock skin integration system, which is designed for a secure, streamlined attachment. While you may be able to use universal skins, the 4-lock system is optimized for specific compatible skins to ensure they stay put during transitions.

A 104mm waist is highly versatile, offering enough surface area to float in softer snow while remaining narrow enough to edge quickly on firmer terrain. It is a balanced width for skiers who want one setup that can handle everything from deep backcountry bowls to variable spring conditions.

With a 22-meter turn radius, the Nevar is designed for medium-to-long radius turns. The early rise in the tip and tail helps initiate those turns intuitively, making it feel more maneuverable than its radius might suggest.
