Angel Custom Seraph Angel II Piston Head

The Seraph Angel II is designed for universal compatibility with most standard AEG pistons on the market. However, because airsoft tolerances can vary between manufacturers, you should ensure your current piston has a standard threaded mounting hole.

This piston head allows you to fine-tune the AOE by adjusting the spacing between the piston head and the piston body. This helps you align the sector gear teeth perfectly with the piston rack, reducing stress and preventing premature wear on your gearbox components.

The ported design uses air pressure during the compression stroke to expand the O-ring outward against the cylinder wall. This creates a tighter, more consistent air seal, which helps maximize your muzzle velocity and shot-to-shot consistency.

While not strictly required for every build, the included thrust bearing is highly recommended. It allows the main spring to rotate freely as it compresses, which reduces spring twist and helps maintain a smoother, more reliable cycle rate.

This hybrid construction balances durability with weight reduction. The polycarbonate body keeps the reciprocating mass low to improve cycle speed, while the aluminum core provides the necessary thread depth to ensure the assembly stays securely mounted under high-stress conditions.
